Thank you all...

There’s so much I want to say today, as I reflect on life on what would have been the first official day of my 2024 fall tour if I had not been forced to postpone the dates due to health reasons this year. So much I am feeling, so much I have been through in the past 3 months and continue to go through each day. But what I want to focus on really, is the love I have for my fans and how special and unique they are and how much I appreciate them and feel appreciated by them. I will miss getting on stage to sing for them this month and seeing and talking with them after the shows. Some of them have been coming to hear me for years, some even more than a decade. There are fans who have collected every album, framed photos of us in their homes, tattooed my autograph or face on their bodies, named a room in their "blues" airbnb after me, written songs about/for me, painted pictures of me, shared personal stories of heartache and loss after hearing my songs in concert, cried with me, laughed with me, donated guitars to my crowdfunding campaigns, even named their children after me, and so, SO much more. That love astounds and lifts me up everyday. So I want to thank the fans today, for following me and staying beside me through past health scares, surgeries, voice loss and life upheaval and continuing to be there and support me and my music on every bump and turn of this amazing journey. You all mean the world to me, thank you. Love you all dearly and look forward to get back on stage for you in 2025, but until then, I am only one step away, through your stereo, record player, youtube video or headphones. In music and gratitude always, Layla 🔥
